Nature Writing-by Sarah Carter

A  blanket of soft, white, and grey clouds covers the endless sky. The golden globe's last powerful rays barely permeate through the blanket of clouds. Hibiscus and Rose Mallow flowers are graciously starting to wither, to rebirth in the lingering warmth of the next August. The cycle of flowers. The morning air is cold and crisp. A gentle wind brushes the green crowns of trees. Beautiful, beautiful trees. They are dancing and swaying in the wind's way. Bright green, emerald, brown, pink, purple, and white fill the landscape of summer's end. Fat figs, plums, pears, and apples are now ready to be savoured beneath the blanket of clouds.

    I love you. I'm happy I'm alive.
